DEVIOUS - COOL IDEAS ISP

Typical of a trend that is all too common nowdays Cool Ideas is quick to sell themselves but when it comes to cancelling a service they make it difficult and are devious. They tell you that you must give them 30 days notice to cancel. I emailed my cancellation notice to them on Saturday 1 September 2018. They only read it on Monday 3 September 2018. Not my problem. They are now trying to charge for additionally for the month of October because they say my cancellation wasn't received within working hours. Pathetic. AVOID COOL IDEAS ISP (Internet) at all costs.
