Delusions of adequacy

I’ve placed an order on the 10th of January with Cool Ideas for a Vumatel subscription. After various order confirmations that I’ve followed up between cool ideas and vumatel - my order has still not been resolved despite emails being sent back and forth and calls being made. I can just say that I’m wholly unimpressed with the claim that they are “the best”.
