Account was *****ulently opened using my details. No one has assisted me, disgusting, deceptive finance department. I have been requesting assistance for over 2 years yet I am just constantly hounded by Marilyn who **** to me in the first place regarding outstanding payments that are not even mine.

I will be reviewing my legal options in hopes to somehow have this resolved. This is ridiculous.
