Debit orders and service

I get told do do eft payment for pro rata which was not even for me so i pay. I now get connected and get told to do eft as the debit orders are not working so i eft and get confirmation, i get another invoice for pro rata and now get debited the full amount which by the way i have retracted it. I suggest you get a supervisor to give me a call first thing in the morning! This is absolutely bill ****!
