Customer Service Excellence

Since I have been with Cool Ideas (2021) I have been very satisfied with their service and have experienced how their service have improved over time. Recently I have changed from FNO and I must compliment the Cool Ideas staff for their excellence in dealing with my request - you are excellent! It is rare these days to receive such a responsive and informed service from a service provider.
