Customer service done right!!

Im a new user to Cool Ideas and I must say that my experience has been fantastic so far! Tonight I logged a ticket at 19:49 and received a call from Katlego Gaelae by 19:51 - now that’s what I call service! Katlego Gaelae assisted me completely and resolved my query! Katlego Gaelae was patient , friendly and knowledgeable! I’m relieved I made the move from my old ISP to Cool Ideas!
