Customer service

Their customer service is terrible and disgusting. I phoned in a few minutes ago and I was put through to the accounts team as my fiber voucher expired. It's been almost 3 days since I paid and I still haven't received any voucher code. The lady from the accounts team just switched the phone off , which I feel is utterly disrespectful and unprofessional.
