Customer service

As many of the reviews on here have already covered, customer service is non existing and they are not shy to assure you that your problem is being attended to, but three months later they still giving you the run around... Took 3 months to get my line up which was a joint effort of cool ideas and vumatel. Once it was up they billed me for the 3 months yet I didn't have any service... Now trying to rectify the problem, I've waited 2 months and sent a number of emails to the general manager leeroy who has not bothered to reply. Definitely going to be changing to a company who looks after their clients better.
