Customer Service

This company has the worst customer service I have come across to date, Their staff really needs training.

They advertise a service on their webiste

https://coolideas.co.za/ftth-products/

but when you try and apply for and an upgrade of 2 of your links to this new speed they claim its not a service they provide and its not on their website, even after i sent them a link to the page on their website.

Boggles my mind, if this is the level of intelligence of the ISP I think its time for me to move.
