Cools Ideas Service Provider - what Service??????

if I could give zero as a rating i would. Service Provider? what a joke, Our VOIP phones were reconfigured mysteriously, and after 3 days of logging calls onine and calling their service centre, we are still without phones. Moving to Cool Ideas was the worst mistake we could have made. I advise businesses to not go near Cool ideas, their Service Support is unapologetically dismal.
