Coolideas/Vumatel Service and dealings

Extremely dissatisfied with thier service and thier fiber partner. You don't get speed you are promised , not even close. Then you're Sent campaigns to buy or upgrade your package which you are forced to do promising to doubling your speed, paying significantly more, but still the same, most of the time the speed is not even half of the package. Also connection is intermittent and no use emailing or calling them, your issues won't be resolved. Worst service ever!
