My Computer went down and I phoned Cool Ideas with my Problem, In that one phone call they asked me to disconnect my Modem and just hold on. about 5 minutes. When Fifi returned, and asked me to connect my Modem back on and within 5 seconds it was working again. What a fantastic experience and service I received Thank you. https://Coolideas.co.za.
