I've been having slow speed issues for a couple of years. I had many technician try to help, but the problem persisted. We even paid for the ONT box to be moved to a central point. Finally on 14 May I was contacted by Wian Goosen - a Subject Matter Expert from Cool Ideas. He spent over 2 hours on the phone with me talking me through what to do get our speeds up, he said to me as soon as the ONT has been moved I should email him and he will call to check the line speeds again. On the 16 May MFN eventually came to move the ONT to a central point. I emailed Wian Goosen when it was done and he called me to check how the speed was.
