COOLIDEAS, WORST ISP EVER!

This is a follow up on my last review, things have gotten worse not better. They do not care about their customers. Since my last review, they have not contacted me like they promised to discuss a solution to my bad internet. Today my internet speed went below 1mbps. I phoned their customer care line at 17:35 requesting assistance. I was promised that a technician will phone me back. By 19:10, I still did not receive a call, upon calling in again they promised I will be assisted before they close. At 19:51 I still have not received any assitance, so I called again. I was put on hold for 25 minutes then they killed the call. They are not interested in providing care or assistance to their customers. At this stage it looks like they are playing a game of how bad can I treat paying customers...
