CoolIdeas is one of the worse Internet Providers

Choosing CoolIdeas as a Provider was a very bad choice. After 3 months of using them, I'm deeply disappointed with the overall service. I experience frequent connection issues each hour for at least 5 minutes. And last month my connection was down for 5 days straight due to their maintenance, but they refused to refund me or at least give me a discount for the offline period. Since I work from home, I had to rely on mobile data and my internet budget skyrocketed, sensibly affecting my family. They show no remorse, and all their billing department had to do was to send me a link to their FAQ.

Shouldn't ever trusted my friend on this.
