I wish i could give less than 1 star, internet down again for the umpteenth time, the worst isp ive ever had and qill be moving my 100mb line to an isp that can actually provide the service advertised! Pathetic waist of money, we are expected to pay premium rates yet when we sit without internet we do not even get so much as a courtesy call or refunded for the period that we are without connection!

We are sorry to hear of this frustration
This past saturday the fibre line provider experienced an area wide outage that affected multiple customers on multiple ISP's unfortunately we have no control over outages as the fibre line provider is responsible for the physical infrastructure.
Previous to this the last ticket under your profile before saturday was 7 months ago, if you have records of more recent tickets logged for your line kindly send the reference number to complaints @ cool ideas . co .za and we will have the team investigate and provide further feedback into this.
