Coolideas and Vumatel ***********

I am totally appalled by coolideas and vumatel. My 7 year subscription was canceled due to negligence in their side. 1 week later and no body can reconnect me. I'm loosing money everyday that I don't have internet. No one seems to care. I'm over this!
