Coolest ISP

Today I got the following email from Cool Ideas.

"Our internal mailer went rogue and sent out the wrong message to all our cool clients. Don't worry, we've set it straight. The new mailer is below and comes with our apologies for spamming your inbox. *Lesson learned: Even mailers need a reality check sometimes."

I've been with Cool Ideas since (I think) March of 2023 and we as customers are always quick to complain online but never take the time to compliment when compliments are due.

Cool Ideas not only own up to their errors and by totally defrosting that situation with style. but they have been by far the coolest ISP I have had. Every step from sign up to today has been a breeze. What sets you apart in the icy world of ISPs is your commitment to keeping us in the loop. Those notifications about potential network chill sessions are a game-changer. I can plan my day accordingly whether I'm chilling watching Netflix or caught in an avalanche of work meetings. Payments through the monthly invoices are also super chill and easy.

I hope others experience the same level of service and satisfaction that I have had.
