Cooler than the other ISP choices

I see all the complaints and realize that very few people understand that there has been a bunch of DDoS attaches on Cool Ideas lately. Please research and understand how difficult a period they have gone through. Call Centre is 10 times better, friendlier and knowledgeable than Telkom. Only losing a star because they are understaffed at the moment and to my opinion they are taking a tiny bit too long to resolve tickets.

All in All, great service so far.
