Cool ideas/Vumatel sucks!

I have been o loyal customer for more than a year and been paying for a 20/20 line which is R909, so I decided to upgrade to a 50/50 line recently thinking my line speed would change, they notified me im on a 50/50 and I did a speed test. I was getting a 7mbps download speed and 3mbps upload speed still(the same as with the 20/20). I decided to call cool ideas to investigate this and the agent said I was patched incorrectly, only to find out a few weeks ago after paying for a year... I was patched incorrectly all the time and been paying R909 for more than a year for a 7mbps upload and 3mbps download... I then requested for some kind of refund cause I was paying for a service I wasnt getting. Was then notified by email they are not going to refund me cause Vumatel isnt gona refund them for it. Its not the customers responsibility to check their line speed, they as the suppliers should check and know this information. So in short I have been paying for a Lamborghini and was driving a tazz all along. Rediculous service.
