Cool Ideas/Vumatel Disappointing service

I am not even a customer yet but the service i have received thus far is really disappointing. I signed up on the 10th June and had to pay the activation fee before going ahead which i did. It is now the 2nd July and nothing from Cool ideas or Vumatel. I have asked many times to please speak to a superior just so that someone can tell me what is happening but i am told that they dont take calls. It is really disappointing that people take your money and dont deliver on their promises. And to thing i recommended 2 people to Cool ideas and Vumatel as my old area did not have fibre.
