Cool Ideas should change their name to *** Ideas. Since we have installed our *** Ideas links at 2 of our branches we have had endless and continuous DOWNTIME. We have also been experiencing very high latency across the links as *** Ideas do not seem to understand their own routing rules and keep routing our traffic through the UK. I can honestly say that installing Cool Ideas Fibre for our business has turned out to be the worst decision we have made. They guarantee uptime with SLA's in place but an SLA means nothing if you are down for multiple days and hours every month. We are incurring huge losses on a weekly basis due to the poor service/product. We are in the process of terminating all of our Cool Ideas business and will go back to our Neobroadband links which are reliable and proven.
