COOL IDEAS WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER
Wew have now been without wifi since 14/02/2026, everytime we phone the call centre they say no ETR no ETR no ETR for more than a week now!!!! But when I drive past the work site four guys sit around and do nothing and say they are waiting. Waiting for what....better days? No one has been working at the site for the last three days. WORST WIFI SERVICE EVER EVER EVER

23 Feb 2026, 09:08It is now Monday and yet still no WIFI and no feedback. I will now have to go to the media and the ombudsman due to the lack of service. Actually I can not even call it poor service becuase there is none. Shame on you for taking our money and not doing your jobs. Shame on you for your poor poor service. Shame on you for leaving people wihtout connectivy for almost two weeks and not sorting it out despite the fact that we have been phoning every damn day!!!!!!!!
