Cool Ideas will take your money and still not give you the service you paid for.

I made a payment to cool ideas through easypay on Wednesday last week, my internet was not restored so I contacted them as was told it's a problem with vumatel, then from vumatel it a problem with easypay, so TODAY 1 week later, Wednesday 12th, I receive an email after enquiring why it's taking so long, I'm being told that it's moved internally mind you this is all after I submitted, proof of my payment, a bank statement and my bank card number. I don't understand why they can't refund my money or restore my internet, this is borderline *****, you take people's money and then make excuses why you can't restore their internet, everyday is a new email with a new excuse and even then you get no responses unless you follow up, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I WILL BE LAYING A COMPLAINT WITH ICASA.
