Cool ideas wasted my time and energy

I've been with Cool Ideas for a while now and I wanted to use them at my new place. I took a blanc Friday package with them and Vuma as my host. I did the order step by step on the phone with Cool Ideas and made the installation date about a month later.

2 days after my line was supposed to be installed, I messaged cool ideas to tell them to get Vuma out urgently. The response I got was that my complex can only accommodate Open Serve and that I would need to reapply for a new package. I can't wrap my head around why they waited one month to tell me this. If I hadn't contacted Cool Ideas i wouldn't have even known this.

Cool ideas didn't want to honour the back Friday special that I had taken out with Vuma. I even told them that I was willing to pay more than the package I was offered but they didn't even want to negotiate. I showed them what MWEB were offering and they still didn't budge.

I'm shocked at the level of service received by Cool ideas and even more shocked at the attitude they had to a customer that was with them for so long and even wanted to move with them.

Why waste my time for so long, didn't even bother to follow nor bother to try to make me stay.

Zero communication from Cool ideas. I'm disappointed that they would do this to a customer
