Cool Ideas uncontactable and unresponsive

I unfortunately have to add to the other reviews that despair of lack of response and service by Cool Ideas on queries on internet connectivity issues. I have now tried multiple times (with numerous follow-ups) to get ANY feedback on why my fibre loses connection during work-related Zoom calls in Parkhurst. WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. Vodacom 4G outshines my Cool Ideas Vumatel fibre connection. Which is astounding. What is even more astounding, is the complete silence on queries of why this would be the case from Cool Ideas. They were great before, but apparently uncontactable now.
