COOL IDEAS THROTTLING BAND WIDTH AGAIN.
i have an uncapped contract with cool ideas. the upload / download speed as reflected by oopla is close to my contracted speed. please be aware that the band width will be throttled whenever cool ideas decides to do so. i have had it happen to me twice. just be aware.

we are sorry to hear of this frustration, as per our contract terms and conditions we do not throttle or shape your line we are a completely uncapped fibre provider. in most cases customers are testing via Wirleless to the incorrect site.
we will have one of our senior technicians contact you to conduct testing further in order to confirm where the problem might be

I am still waiting for your company to at least have the manners or decency to get back to me regarding the outcome. All I know is that my problem hasn't been resolved.
