Cool Ideas. They're actually pretty good.

It's probably worth your time as a consumer to get to understand the issues and limitations faced by whatever service you are using. I made the mistake of demanding the utmost out of Cool Ideas when the situation was and is out of their hands. After being rude and disrespectful to their staff, I was taught a few things about their limitations and mine as a consumer, and their right to resolve any ongoing issue within reason. Thankfully there were a few kind souls who were able to enlighten me.

I've considered this and I've considered the impact their overall service has had on my quality of life both from leisure to work and I can say their service as a ISP is incredible in terms of the reliability, download and upload speed. While slow to act at times, they are very helpful when drastically needed.

I've been with them for 5 years. If you are looking for a new ISP. Look no further.
