Cool Ideas, the worst idea ever!!

Cool Ideas is the worst ISP I have ever dealt with, They couldn't care less about their customers. In December I was left disconnected for a month where they couldn't care less to sort out my connection. There is not a month that goes by without my service degrading, disconnecting or me being unable to reach half of my services like amazon, netflix or shomax. Their NOC is pathetic and just wants you to reset your router, they only know one line...please reset your router....they can't troubleshoot and refuse to put the call through to management. I hate cool ideas...clearly, cool ideas is the worst idea ever!!
