Cool Ideas - The Worst Idea!
COOL IDEAS???!!!
THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER IN MY LIFE COME ACROSS. You want to boast about being voted the best service provider for several years, yet it takes you a month to get us connected?
I have logged numerous tickets, I have spoken to probably all the call centre agents in the connect department. I have even sent an E-mail to Andre Jooste.
What is shocking is that there is NO FEEDBACK. If I don't call in, I won't know what the status is.
I would hang my head in shame if I was a member of this business and my rating on HelloPeter looked like this.
Shocking to say the least.
