Cool Ideas - The local ****a Shop . . . .Or WORSE?

Unbelievably poor customer service. It becomes the account holders problem if your internet breaks down. Fibre companies need to streamline their operations and not run like the local ****a shops which at this moment might seem more efficient then Cool Ideas. Internet has been down for almost 2 weeks!!!Still not fixed!
