Cool ideas, the best in the game

After a few months of hopping around and trial testing a few service providers I have to say I am astound I didn't go to Cool ideas sooner.

By far the best customer service and support of any network service providers I have experienced in SA. I got what I asked easy and no fuss, online tools for enquiries, support, announcements are all effective and up to date I do not even need to go to social media for anything to do with my service.
