Cool Ideas Taking money out of my account randomly!!!!!

WHO CAN HELP ME. Cool ideas has ****** R1,800 from me off my account????? I spoke to a lady last week about a R599 that was taken off and she assured me it will be back on friday? And did not happen.. now this morning R1199 was taken off???? Who the hell can help me to put my money back in my account TODAY!!!! Not in 2 weeks TODAY????

I will definitly be changing my ISP!!! Worst service EVER!!!
