Cool Ideas Support - What a pleasure

We have just recently put in a fibre line from Cool Ideas, what a pleasure it is to deal with a company that is organised and seems to have customers at their centre. Even though we have had one or 2 problems with the new line the support has been great, they have reacted quickly and kept us informed.

What a nice change after having dealt with one of their competitors who are the complete antithesis of Cool Ideas.
