Cool Ideas Struggle

I am really unhappy about the way my matter is being dealt with. I have been in contact with 5 different consultants and none of them understand what is going on. Vumatel has not installed a box in our home, I have sent numerous emails and photos to show this but they keep on telling me that they have escalated it to Vumatel and they have requested an installation. To date nothing has been done. We are still stuck on the first email!
