Cool Ideas Strikes Again!

Again, I am having to review a service I don't even use. After almost a year of not being a client with them my bank account was debited for amounts which I had to pay for the reversal of. It then happened again but this time I managed them to get it to reverse but still had to pay charges and bank fees on my side for their c**k up. After a phone call I manage to get them to remove me from their systems. Now almost end of November I get a lovely sms informing me I owe them R4050 in unpaid fees and if not paid will be blacklisted. I am so hacked off with this company. They are *********** and incapable and costing me money and time even long after I parted ways with them. I would recommend avoiding at all costs, but that is just my opinion.
