We understand it is due to work done by Egoli Gas, but Cool Ideas continues to bill us. The right thing to do is to suspend billing and to do refunds, as whether there is no service or intermittent service, we have to buy data elsewhere. In terms of consumer law, it is ******* to charge for a service not being delivered.</p>
