Cool ideas shocking service (or lack there of)

2 months after requesting the migration of the service to a different address we still do not have internet. The infrastructure was already in place and the routers were plugged in at the new house. You would think it would be a simple process of opening the line and transferring the service. Yet two months later we are still waiting. I phone cool ideas every single day and get told the same nonsense that there is no feedback and that they are waiting for Vumatel. They erroneously app**** on our behalf for an installation instead of a migration with Vumatel and yet don’t have the ability or desire to fix this and provide the service that we are paying for. We are now caught in a situation where they won’t provide a service and won’t let us cancel and they won’t release the line to allow us to use another company. Never use cool ideas! They provide zero customer service and frustrate beyond comprehension
