Cool ideas shocking service

Have had nothing but shocking service, been a client for 3 years plus and have not had a stable connection being throttled continuously, I held a payment back in February and they jumped to assist, I refused to pay that invoice and now I have been disconnected, cancelling my subcription and will find a provider that's wants to do ethicall buisness.
