Cool Ideas sets the bar on the floor

For the last 6 months I have been harassed by Cool Ideas for a non existent contract that happened 2 years ago! On a monthly basis, my time is wasted disputing this and endless emails and phone calls from their call centre for R929?!? Sending them proof of cancellation which has never been disputed is as clear as day. Escalation procedures do not exist and despite multiple requests I have not once been put through to someone who can bring a conclusion to this issue, preferably I’d appreciate not having to speak to anyone from this organisation again. I am now forced to resort to legal action as it appears that I’m the only party who wishes to bring any resolution to a blatant error on their system. As South Africans, we don’t have a high bar for ISP providers, but the 2.5 stars on Google- is incredibly generous, as is the 1 here because 0 was not an option.

I really have missed Cool Ideas and it seems they have missed me too. So much so that the harassing has started again 2 months later for unpaid bills linked to a non-existent contract. It is commendable how a company this inept can stay in business, congratulations to you. It seems threatening legal action last time was not enough and now having exhausted all other possible avenues trying to sort out their mess, maybe it is time to defend my rights which they clearly do not seem to care at all about. Once again, DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE SMOOTH TALKING SALESMEN. Using their services was a low-light of my life and I will regret it everyday until they cease harassing me which I hope is shorter than ten years depending if they can up their service.
