Cool Ideas Service Providers are a bunch of useless *******

I requested Fibre in January, and for 6 months they were silent and did nothing. In May they started to debit my account after I explicitly told them I wouldn't be taking anything up with them because I had to wait 6 months. They kept on debiting my account after the first one again. They are *******. They are useless at providing a service they promise, and they have no regard for peoples money and credit rating.
