I ordered my Internet services from Cool Ideas. There were some issues with getting the fiber provider company to complete the physical installation. Cool Ideas gave me daily e-mail feedback, and at one stage they even phoned me to confirm next steps. Cool Ideas got my issue escalated at the fiber provider and resolved. I still had my fiber connection working the same day that the physical installation was completed.
