Cool ideas ridiculous service

Ordered a fibre package on 17 May 2018 and constantly mailed them for information about the line and to confirm that all is fine. I was told to notify them the day my old isp is cancelled so they can activate my new package. The day my line was cancelled(21 June 2018) I mailed them to activate my line and received a call 2 hours later to say that someone did not place my order and I have to wait approximately 15-20 working days for it to get activated. I kept following up with them since I cancelled my old isp to avoid this happening and now im stuck with no internet which I use for work. I notified them that this is urgent and was told that their is nothing they can do. I contacted my fibre provider which is metrofibre and they told me that cool ideas just needs to contact their installation department. This is completely ridiculous service from cool ideas !!!!
