Cool Ideas Provides Advanced Technical Support

I have used Cool Ideas for home internet connectivity for around a year. Recently I had an issue connecting to my corporate VPN from my home network. I logged a ticket with Cool Ideas and they rep**** with an explanation for the issue and what they were doing to investigate, and that there was no estimate of when it would be resolved. Several hours later I was contacted by one of their engineers who offered a personalised technical workaround until the issue was resolved. I have used several ISP's over the years and have never been contacted by technically competent engineer to provide a technically-advanced work-around to an issue. I appreciate that they did this for me.
