Cool Ideas Poor Service
The quality of service at Cool ideas has been reducing over the years. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a WiFi upgrade that is meant to take 2-5 business days with no tangle feedback or SLA since. Extremely disappointed and appalled by the poor service in resolving my query.
