Cool Ideas = Pathetic service

The rating is actually below MINUS 5. An interruption to our services at home has been ongoing for a month. We are we experiencing the most shockingly poor service from Cool Ideas. After countless calls to them at our expense, all we get is a run around from one consultant to another. We are constantly asked to perform tests and router checks; which all fail! Then the call is "escalated" Nothing ever comes from this! Then Cool Ideas conveniently passes the buck the the fibre service provider, which costs the end user even more time. We have had false promises of getting a field agent to come to house at least twice. I was told no names and contact numbers nor email addresses are allowed to be given of any management of Cool Ideas who can actually assist or make a call. Why are these individuals so faceless to paying clients? And one cannot go the offices to report an issue? What does Cool Ideas have to hide from their paying clients? Not only do we still not have wifi services, but we also do not have the use of all the other subscriptions we have! Cool Ideas services are dismal and deplorable to say the least. This will be escalated to authorities as a breach of contract on the part of Cool ideas. Cool ideas will then have to respond with a resolution! I was promised a call back from management today by 17H00. Lets see what happens

The audacity to just give more of the same responses is a flagrant display of the arrogance Cool Ideas radiates. The untouchable management could be bothered to reach out with a simple telephone call. Why in good conscience would any reasonable person was to continue to be patient or even continue with this level of service when they have zero regard for client's additional expense, disruption and inconvenience they caused? A simple apology does not make up for that. This warrants escalation to higher authorities that can hold Cool Ideas accountable for their poor service and breach of contract.
