Cool Ideas overwrote my Afrihost line and won't do anything about it.

Cool Ideas has accidentally overwritten my Afrihost registered Fibre line and registered it to my neighbors on top of their functoinal line.

Cool Ideas seems to be reluctant to release MY LINE that I'm paying vumatel for in any hurry. This has left me without internet for 9 days. There's nothing that Afrihost or Vumatel can do and without Cool Idea's co'operation (or lack thereof).

This is a major problem.

Hi Joshua, apologies for the frustration, the ISP have no control over the placement of lines this is normally handled on the Fibre line providers portal. please provide us with your reference number and we will escalate this for you we have no intention to keep customers links down
