cool ideas not such a cool idea!

My service has been down on multiple occasions and is STILL down and hasn't been up since the 16th. This is unacceptable. I am tired of cool ideas messing me around. I am paying for a service that I am not getting and support couldn't care less. I have asked for the CTO's contact details more than once and they just ignore me. worst service ever...bad ideas!!
