Its a pity there's no minus or zero ratings!! My last email to Cool Ideas sums up my year of total hell of incompetence, lies and disrespect with them!! Dear Brett (retention manager) Please get control over your staff ASAP if not I will get a restraining order against Cool Ideas and make a harassment case with SAPS and every member of your staff that emails me going forward. I will not deal with this level of complete incompetence anymore STAY AWAY FROM COOL IDEAS!!
