Cool Ideas - not so very cool afterall...

This is the WORST SERVICE ever. Not only has it been over a month that payment for installation has been made, but just the confusion from Cool Ideas side as to what is going on with their clients and sure lack of communication between themselves and Vumatel is absolutely astounding. The fact that I need to advise Cool Ideas when Vumatel are coming to do the installation and when they are done with it, is absolutely unheard of. I am not the ISP and I am surely not the fiber installer either! Why do you're clients need to confirm this information when you have existing lines of communication with Vumatel? I honestly hope that when this fiber is in, I won't experience the issues that I have been experiencing. This hole ordeal has been not only exhausting, but time consuming and has left a sour taste in my mouth. It is shameful guys - honestly. I am embarrassed FOR you.
